Refund Policy

KIND Snacks accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility and starting a return

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Include the order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before sending an item; approved eligible returns are paid by us, and we will provide return instructions or a prepaid return label.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order information and clear photos if an item arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the wrong item was delivered.

Refunds

After the return is received and approved following inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible before shipment to request a change or cancellation. We will try to assist, but success cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
