Shipping Policy

KIND Snacks ships orders within the United States only. Standard Shipping is free.

Processing and transit

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days. After shipment, Standard Shipping normally takes 4–6 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. These ranges are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking information is sent to the email used for the order after shipment. If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before shipment, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after the order has shipped.

Delays, loss, damage, and misdelivery

Carrier disruptions and other events may delay delivery. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered order, contact us with the order number and relevant photos when available so we can review the shipment and provide the appropriate next step.
